About LHN

Lakeshore Health Network (LHN) is a wholly owned physician hospital organization (PHO) celebrating sixteen years of service. Organized in 1994, the PHO was initially known as Westshore Health Network; however after a merger with the Hackley PHO in 2000 the new merged entity was renamed as Lakeshore Health Network. Today our PHO is a partnership of over 300 local primary care and specialty physicians, four hospitals and an extensive network of ancillary providers.
